First let me tell
you a little bit about myself. I graduated from Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville Alabama back in the era of the early
eighties. My grades were nothing to write home about…and that’s an understatement…in fact most of them stunk.
Immediately after
graduating I moved out to Los Angeles California and began looking for work. That same year my dad (who was in the military) got
orders to return to Germany for 3 years so my parents and younger siblings left the country. So there I was 18 with no

I did a lot of things
wrong just trying to find a decent job. I found that there were millions of people doing the same thing that I was doing.
Just trying to find a decent job at a decent company that paid a decent wage. The competition was fierce.
Like most young
people without any real skills or training I went after the lower paying, entry level jobs. I soon found that it was easy
to get low-paying 'no experience required' jobs through temporary employment agencies. I worked for a quite a number of companies
as a temp and learned a lot about various industries by working through temporary employment agencies. I began to see a few
patterns and learned a few valuable lessons about getting into these good companies. In fact I learned some things that nobody
was talking about or telling people. I learned them through trial and error.
But It wasn’t
until much later that I discovered an awesome secret. I learned that
there were PLENTY of jobs that were well-paying and required NO Experience or Education at all. All that you needed was
to have the right info at the right time and to know where, when and how to apply!
I also learned a lot from working for so many of these
companies as a temp. I established relationships with people who had the power to bend all the company rules as they saw fit
and to hire people that wouldn't even have a chance if they tried to get in the 'conventional ways' (mail a resume, fill out
an application, try to get an interview).
I learned that virtually
anyone with good personal skills and work habits who really wants to work can get a great job working for
a great company regardless of their experience or education or lack thereof. I discovered that there were some little known
tricks and secrets that were the golden key that just opened up doors of opportunities to virtually
anyone who knew how to use them.
The bottom line is that some of the very "best"
paying jobs with the "best" companies that offer the "best" opportunties do NOT
'require' prior Experience or Formal college education or a college degree. Some even actually prefer that you don't
